- In an emergency, call 112 (National Emergency Number). In Lagos, 767 is also available.
- Spidoo Support is not an emergency service. Using chat or a safety report does not summon help automatically.
- Treat every trip participant with respect. Harassment, threats and discrimination lead to account suspension.
- Keep communication inside Spidoo Chat or Spidoo Call. Never share banking passwords, card PINs or verification codes.
For customers
- Confirm the driver’s name, photo, vehicle make, colour and registration before getting in.
- Never give your trip PIN until the vehicle and driver match the app.
- Wear a seat belt and use Share Live Trip with someone you trust.
- If you feel unsafe, use the Safety button during the trip.
For drivers and partners
- Check your vehicle before going online and never drive an unsafe vehicle.
- Keep your licence, insurance and vehicle documents valid.
- Obey speed limits and traffic laws, and never race or drive aggressively.
- Never use your phone while moving. Pull over safely first.
- Never drive while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication, illness or fatigue.
- Verify the passenger and booking before starting the trip.
- Motorcycle partners must wear an approved helmet and secure packages correctly.
- Complete the Driver Safety & Compliance Centre in your profile.
