1. Relationship
You join Spidoo as an independent transport partner, not as an employee, unless a separate written employment contract says otherwise. You choose when to go online and may decline requests, subject to fair-use rules on accepted-trip cancellations.
2. Verification and Ongoing Compliance
- You must keep your driver’s licence, vehicle licence, insurance, roadworthiness, identification and any required state or federal permits current.
- Expired or fraudulent documents stop new trip assignments until they are reviewed.
- You must report document, vehicle or contact changes promptly. Updating your emergency contact does not trigger re-approval of your vehicle or documents.
3. Safety and Conduct Standards
- Follow the Safety Guidelines and road and transport laws.
- Never drive while impaired, fatigued or using a phone.
- Protect customer information and use it only for the assigned trip.
- Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, threats or intimidation.
- Read the Driver Safety & Compliance Centre topics. Spidoo may make specific topics mandatory, with notice.
4. Fares, Earnings and Payouts
Your earnings and any platform commission are shown in your dashboard for every trip. Payouts are made to your verified account on the published schedule. Disputed amounts may be held until review.
5. Incidents
Report accidents, breakdowns and safety incidents through the app as soon as it is safe to do so. Cooperate with lawful authorities. Do not admit legal liability on behalf of Spidoo.
6. Suspension and Termination
Spidoo may suspend access for safety threats, fraud, invalid documents, harassment or material breach. Where practical, you will be told the reason and may request a review.
