Estimates
Fares, arrival times, routes and travel durations displayed before or during a booking may be estimates unless expressly marked as confirmed. Confirmed charges and lawful additional costs are clearly presented under the applicable booking terms.
Safety
Spidoo uses verification, tracking, communication, reporting and other safety features to support users. These measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate every risk or guarantee that no accident, delay, misconduct, crime or emergency will occur.
Emergency Disclaimer
Spidoo Support is not the police, ambulance, fire service or an emergency-response agency.
Using chat, incident reporting or the Safety Centre does not automatically summon emergency assistance.
If life, safety or property is in immediate danger, call 112 (Nigeria’s National Emergency Number) or 767 (Lagos emergency line, where available).
Maps and Location
Maps, GPS positions, routes and arrival information may be delayed or inaccurate because of device settings, satellite availability, internet connectivity or third-party mapping services. Always confirm important pickup and destination details.
In-App Communication
Spidoo Chat and Spidoo Call depend on internet, browser, device and network availability. Calls may fail or disconnect. The direct phone-call option uses your mobile network and may attract normal carrier charges.
Third-Party Services
Spidoo depends on mapping, payment, telecommunications, cloud-hosting and other providers. Spidoo is not responsible for third-party outages beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer law.
No Unlawful Exclusion
Nothing in this Disclaimer removes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
